IEMA Environmental Awareness (in-house)

Any organisation implementing an Environmental Management System (EMS) in order to meet the requirements of BS8555, ISO 14001 or EMAS must ensure that employees receive awareness training so as to better understand the environmental issues related to their job.   In fact, as part of the certification process staff may be asked by the auditors to demonstrate that they understand the organisationís environmental policy, objectives & targets, significant environmental aspects and their job-related procedures.
